Basic Immune Monitoring

Immune monitoring simply refers to the observation of temporal changes in the major cell population and some intracellular markers. In our "basic immune monitoring" service, the major cell types include B cell, NK cell, Monocyte, DC, and T cells. However, a few more surface and intracellular markers can be used to further identify and monitor immune cell types, such as cytotoxic T cell and T helper cells.

Typically, customized panels of ~ 25 markers are used in our immune monitoring service. Manual gating strategies are used to quantify immune cell populations and visualized with t-SNE or UMAP dimensionality reduction techniques.

  • Number of markers : ~ 25

  • Number of cell types and their subsets : 5 - 10

  • Dimensionality reduction & 2D-visualization : t-SNE, UMAP

  • Manual gating : Included

  • Quantification of immune cell populations : included
